I was very well updated with the selling process of my House We had a number of contracts that fell through which made me the seller, very frustrated at times. Gary was a very courteous, cheerful and helpful agent. On the day of our open house, there were many groups in attendance to view the premises. It was hard to be able to view everything in the time allocated. Gary kindly invited us to join another party later that afternoon if we would like another look at the house, which we were very grateful for. He willing gave up extra time to allow us to ask many questions about the 'offer' process, and what we might have to deal with; we appreciated Gary's willingness to explain all these details. When the multiple offer option had to entered into the next day, we understood the process well, thanks to Gary's explanation. Tony was the agent I bought the house off.
